Are the courses approved by the Utah MVED?

Yes! We provided an APPROVED course by the Utah MVED so you can get your certificate in a fast and affordable way.

How long will it take to complete the courses?

The orientation course will take about 8 hours at normal reading speed while the renewal course will take around 3 hours.

What is the cost of each course?

The orientation course costs $85.00 while the renewal course costs $45.00.

How does certification get handled after completion of a renewal course?

After receiving notification that the course has been completed we will send the your information to the state for renewal. We upload this data to the state twice a week during non renewal times and daily during the months of April, May, and June.

How does certification get handled after completion of a orientation course?

You will be given a certificate of completion to give to the state of Utah when you register for your license!  Please make sure to download and save this upon course completion.

Do I have to finish the course(s) in one sitting?

No! You can log in and out to finish the course in whatever time it takes you to complete it.  Just make sure it is before the expiration date for a renewal!

How many times can I log out and back in?

As many as you need to finish the course you are taking!

What is the structure of the courses?

The renewal class is broken down into sections, each representing what it takes to be a responsible dealer in the state of Utah.

How long do I have to finish the course(s)?

You can finish the course in as little or much time as you need! Just remember all dealer licenses expire June 30th so make sure it is before then!

What happens if I don’t finish the renewal course before June 30th?

If you fail to renew your dealers license before June 30th your license expires and you are no long able to conduct transactions as a dealer in the State of Utah until you apply for a new dealers license.

Who must go through dealer orientation?

Each person involved with the dealership as an owner, partner, corporate officer, or member must attend an eight-hour training seminar.
